JD Heritage® Information

This information is used to enroll you in JD Heritage Plus and ensure that you receive applicable credit for online purchases for participating vendor (partner) activities. Online Purchases
When you purchase items or services on JD Heritage.org, we do not provide information about you to agency or other contracted third party other than to ensure the successful fulfillment of your purchase arrangements. As an added service, your purchase behavior may also be analyzed to identify and present offers that may be of interest to you. (You may unsubscribe by Opting-Out.)

Guest Login
It's not required that you be a JD Heritage Plus member, to view the JD Heritage website. You will need to activate your JD Heritage Plus account on JDHeritage.org in order to make purchases, and receive special services, and discounts.

Online Surveys
We value the opinions of our customers and want to improve your web experience and our service offerings; therefore, from time to time, we will conduct research surveys. You are not required to complete this survey, but are encouraged to do so. Survey information is protected by a confidentiality agreement.

Promotions
We occasionally sponsor promotions to give members the opportunity to win various prizes.
